Why is my dog sleeping constantly after skin fungal medicine?

Hi I have a labradore. He has some skin funggle infection. So a doctor give me some medicine. I started that medicine and pet start recovering bt he is sleeping all the time. So i am litle worried. Can u please give me some right suggestion. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 100 lbs

I am so glad that Tabby is improving but I hate to hear that he is more lethargic. If he is still on the medicine, the medicine could be causing some of the lethargy. But there are many other causes lethargy including another infection, low thyroid hormone, pain somewhere and much much more. if the lethargy continues I would contact your vet to see if he needs to be looked at again or to see if they want to change his medication.
