My cat has diarrhea after birth, now other cats have it. Why?

Hi. Looking for help. My cat had kittens a few weeks ago. She started having bouts of diarrhoea leaking. Now some of my other cats have it. What could it be? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 6.3 lbs

I would be concerned that gizmo could have parasites. Sometimes parasites will cause diarrhea is younger animals. I would recommend taking them to a vet to have a good physical exam and a fecal sample to be examined. That way if she does have parasites the vet can give proper medications. Hope that helps
