My puppy is drooling after her first vaccine. Is this normal?

We just took our puppy Maltese to get her first vaccine (distemper-parainfluenza and leptoferm). the vet told us there will probably be side effects like tiredness and whimpering. is drooling one of the side effects? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 18 days old | 2.46 lbs

Drooling and grinding of teeth can be a sign of pain and discomfort or nausea. Nausea and pain can be a common side effect. If they persist more than 24 hours post injection then I would have her rechecked. Also if it affects her enough to not eat, she needs to be seen to make sure her sugar does not get to low and cause other problems
