Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 4 months old | 40.3 lbs
Jenson vomited blood 3 weeks ago. We took him straight to our vets. The vet did lots of tests and monitored him for 3 days. The conclusion was that the vet thought he had ate rat poison. we were given medication and a diet of chicken And rice. Jenson was perfectly fine for two weeks. His usual happy energetic self throughout. But this week jenson has been vomiting white foam every day in the morning and late afternoon. He is still his normal self and has not lost any weight. Please help?

I would recommend that you have Jenson re-checked by your vet. This round of vomiting may be related to the previous episode, or may be something completely different. Possible causes of vomiting include dietary intolerance or indiscretion, food allergy, intestinal parasites, GI blockage, IBD, bilious vomiting syndrome, among others. Since he seems otherwise fine, your vet may start with an intestinal parasite screen and x-rays to check that it doesn't look like he ate something that may have gotten stuck.
