First of all Cetrizine will not help, secondly sore throat is not common in dogs, why would you suspect sore throat in the first place? it would be quite difficult for you to know that your dog has sore throat as sore throat doesn't usually have any specific symptoms. i would recommend that you post a new question and explain what the symptoms are and why you are suspecting sore throat.
