Why is my ferret shedding so much as winter approaches? Is it normal?

so my ferret right no is shedding and its getting close to winter what's going on

I am sorry to hear about your concern for Joker. Shedding can occur normally in ferrets but can also be a sign of medical problems. If your ferret is shedding so much that there are bald areas of skin present or Joker seems itchy or there are scabs/crusts/lesions on the skin then an examination by a vet is recommended to check for a medical problem.
