My sick cat is hiding and won't eat. Should I offer food or wait?

My tabby is obviously sick. She won't eat and is hiding in the closet. Her eye is dilated and her third eye is showing. The vet ran a full senior blood work and it came back negative. Next step is ultrasound. Should I move her and try and get her to eat or leave her alone? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 12 years and 1 month old

I would try tuna or canned food or something special for her and bring the bowl to her. I would offer her some and if she does not eat then place a small amount in her mouth and see her reaction. If she slings or drools and overly disgusted by it, then I would stop and let her be, you don't want to create any food aversions for the future. if she swallows it then you can try a little more.
