My dog has a white bump on her paw that turned red, but it doesn't hurt.

I found a bump on Roxys back paw yesterday and it was just white. Now it has the red spot. Do you guys know what it is? It doesn’t hurt her. I haven’t seen her lick it or bite at it. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 2 years and 2 months old

This is a pad irritation, probably from walking on pavement on concrete. She may get a callus there over time. Since it's not bothering her I would try to keep her from walking on hard surfaces until this is no longer red. Keep an eye on it and if it becomes bigger, more inflammed or painful then bring Roxy in for an exam. At this point it's nothing to be overly concerned about.
