Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 17 days old
My dog has a bump just above right eye looks like one when you'd bump your head I let her out to play with other dogs so if it could go down that's maybe why it isn't is it something I should be worried about ? It hasn't gotten bigger and she doesn't like it to be touched like a bruised bump

Poor Athena! It could be an abscess, allergic reaction, or possibly a bruise. You could apply some ice to the area and see if it decreases in size. Otherwise, have your vet examine her to determine the cause. She might need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to treat.

It looks like a little pustule or cyst. Since it is not bothering him, you could monitor it for a few days and see if it changes. You could also apply a warm washcloth compress to the area and see if that helps. Otherwise, have a vet take a look at it to see if he needs an antibiotic and/or anti-inflammatory to treat.

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear about B. This looks like an infection or inflammation of one of the tear glands along the eyelid. I would advise warm compressing the area at least twice daily for 5 - 10 minutes to see if it comes to a head and ruptures. If that doesn't work after a few days, or it worsens, spreads, or other signs develop, then I would advise a vet check. It may need some antibiotic therapy or anti-inflammatory therapy to go away. Again, when in doubt, see your vet. Good luck

This could be an insect bite, a blockage of a tear duct (though I would expect that swelling to be more on the lower lid), an allergic reaction, a bacterial infection, an ingrown hair follicle, and more. If your dog seems comfortable, you can try applying a cool compress to the area if it appears itchy/painful. If it doesn't seem itchy or uncomfortable or warm you could also try a warm compress and then gently massaging the area in case it is blockage of a tear duct. If the swelling is still there tomorrow, I would schedule and appointment for your vet to check it out.
