My dog is quiet, unbalanced, frothing, and chewed wires. What's wrong?

My dog has started pacing around a lot, sniffing at the ground, frothy saliva, losing coordination and balance, and generally seems very quiet and down. She has also started chewing wires a lot. What is wrong. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

Oh dear this sounds serious. It is possible she may have chewed on some electrical wire and accidentally electrocuted herself. I would strongly recommend Scarlet be taken to a veterinarian as soon as possible. She may need blood work, chest x-rays, IV fluids, and medications as necessary. I wouldn't wait too long on this one. Best of luck to you and Scarlet! I hope she feels better soon.
