Bella jumped out of a tree last friday after chasing squirrel and hurt back leg. She mostly hops with it up but can out it down. I'm sure it's a sprain and I have tramadol for night and loxicom for do u think she needs to go to vets

If you do not see any improvement since last Friday she definitely needs to go to the vet to get it checked, it could be more than a sprain, it could be a dislocation or a ligament injury for example and this will need to be treated differently.

A check up is absolutely needed as the signs you are describing are compatible with a severe injury. Radiographs may be needed to determine exactly the entity of the injury. Pain killers (specifically designed for dogs) and immediate intervention is required. Wait until she calm down and then take her your local vet straight away. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
