My dog fell from a tree and hurt her back leg. Should I see a vet?

Bella jumped out of a tree last friday after chasing squirrel and hurt back leg. She mostly hops with it up but can out it down. I'm sure it's a sprain and I have tramadol for night and loxicom for do u think she needs to go to vets. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 years and 7 months old

If you do not see any improvement since last Friday she definitely needs to go to the vet to get it checked, it could be more than a sprain, it could be a dislocation or a ligament injury for example and this will need to be treated differently.
