There is a coconut oil to put in the food amd coconut oil to apply on hair what type should i use with my dog and the amount? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 3 days old | 59 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach. You can use extra virgin coconut oil and give 1 teaspoon per 10 pounds of bodyweight. This can cause diarrhea sometimes so if this happens, back down on the amount being given.
