My 7-week-old kittens have diarrhea but seem fine. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 16 days old

8 7 week old kittens 3 with diarrhea but play and eat just fine only thing is sore butts and poop everywhere and when pass gas very wet. I cannot afford to take them to vet I only have 1 cat and 4 dogs but now there are about 27 cats outside because I couldn’t let them starve. Now trying to make these little things adoptable, what can I do?

Intestinal worms are very common in young kittens and that could be the cause of the diarrhea. I would deworm all of the kittens, as they can pass the worms to each other. You may also want to contact your local SPCA for help with all of these cats and kittens. They can come and get them, get them any medication attention they need, and can find homes for them.
