Hello my pug has discoloration on his mouth by his noise it’s pink and doesn’t seem to bother him, I noticed it when he started to have diahrea thinking it was his food , changed it and helped that but face still hasn’t changed or worsened

It looks like he may have grazed his muzzle, sometimes they rub the muzzle when digging and this can occur. Otherwise it could be a skin infection. I would keep an eye on it and go to the vet if it is getting worse. You could try rubbing a cream such as e45 on it.
