My cat has pancreatitis. Why is her body temperature so low?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

My cat has pancreatitis. Her body temperature has been as low as 95.2 if I'm not warming her up. Can cats with pancreatitis have low body temps?

Cats that are very ill are prone to hypothermia, and it can indicate that they are very, very sick. If you haven't already, I would have Tiger examined by a veterinarian for treatment of the pancreatitis.
