Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered | 16 days old | 0.5 lbs
I rescued 3-2week old kittens. They were pretty dehydrated I put them on formula as soon as I got to them. One of them unfortunately is a white blue-eyed male and I can tell the difference in his cry compared to the others and all of the ones I've rescued and fostered over the years. He has developed A discharge of bright yellow smelly waste. He's had this twice now and I've had him for two days. Should I just put him to sleep because he's already handicapped?

I would not put him to sleep! Give him a chance. I am assuming you are referring to the chsnce that he is deaf. Cats do very well even if deaf. The diarrhea could be coccidia which can be treated! Please take him in for an exam and treatment. A veterinarian can give you good idea of what is going on with an exam.
