Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 13 days old

I think my dog just swallowed a knuckle off a knuckle bone. She was chewing on it and began making strange noises when I looked down she was struggling to swallow and there was a lump in her throat. She was sick a few minutes after then drank some water she seems okay but should I consult a vet?

Hi there! YES! You should absolutely see your veterinarian as soon as possible. Going to an ER veterinarian would be my recommendation. The knuckle off the bone may have caused damage to her esophagus and may cause an intestinal obstruction if it is not surgically removed. She should be right as soon as possible. Best of luck to you!
