What does "fracture 704" mean on my 11-month-old dog's vet records?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 1 day old | 53 lbs

What does fracture 704 mean on my dogs records...we got him Sunday he is a Siberian his key. He was clipped by a car in may he is 11 months old now.

Congratulations on recently adopting Chinook! Teeth in animals are numbered by their position in the mouth and if they are permanent (adult) or deciduous (puppy/baby) teeth. A fracture of 704 means that Chinook's lower left deciduous canine tooth was fractured. At this point, he should have all of his permanent teeth in place, so this fractured tooth likely already fell out. I hope this helps!
