My diabetic cat pulls fur. Will his hair grow back after treatment?

Cat diagnosed with diabetes is pulling his fur out. Will the fur grow back? He is on insulin and food was changed to high protein, low carb.

The fur should grow back as long as he stops pulling it out and is not excessively grooming. He could be pulling out his fur from stress/anxiety so you could try a Feliway diffuser and Solliquin chews to see if that helps, too. http://www.solliquin.com/ https://www.feliway.com/us#redirected
