If she has pale gums then she needs to be examined by a vet immediately to determine the cause and treat, especially if she also has abnormal breathing. Please call your vet or go to an emergency clinic. She could have an infection, parasite, clotting/bleeding problem, hemolytic anemia, mass, etc. and may need immediate treatment.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I'm so sorry to hear Babby isn't doing well. If she is having issues breathing and her gums appear pale/white, she could be suffering from internal blood loss and be anemic. If there is an emergency facility that is open, I would recommend she be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Respiratory distress in dogs can be due to a variety of reasons, including anemia, respiratory infection, metabolic disease or another underlying issue. I would have her seen at a veterinarian as soon as possible to determine what may be going on. Good luck!
