Why is my dog lethargic, not eating, with pale gums & hard breathing?

Dog won’t eat lethargic pail gums she does drink water and will pee when I take her out but she does seem to be breathing kind oh hard. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed

If she has pale gums then she needs to be examined by a vet immediately to determine the cause and treat, especially if she also has abnormal breathing. Please call your vet or go to an emergency clinic. She could have an infection, parasite, clotting/bleeding problem, hemolytic anemia, mass, etc. and may need immediate treatment.
