My dog has the habit of nipping at my foot from behind when in plauful mode. About two weeks ago I felt a scratch at my Achilles tendon. I didn't go to the Doctor to have an injection. Now my dog is not feeling well. It was still very much active this noon. It has not eaten its evening meal and feels weak. Thank you very much. God bless.

Hello. I don't think Chlowie nipping you and how she is feeling now are related. Not wanting to eat could be due to gastrointestinal upset, bloat, or other illness. I would take her to the vet right away since she's weak and needs to be checked for infection or gastrointestinal issues.

That is certainly very unusual, and I am not sure of the cause. If she is suddenly weak with a poor appetite, then she may be really sick, and this could be caused by any number of things, including kidney disease, liver disease, impending GI disease, anemia, etc. If it has persisted for longer than 24 hours, then I would recommend that you have Lucy checked out by a vet as soon as possible. Hopefully a physical exam or bloodwork will uncover the cause.
