Why is my budgie quiet, fluffed, sleeping, and vomiting foamy seeds?

my budgie is 8 years old. the past 3 days she has been behaving differently. been a tad bit quiet, sleeping more and been fluffed up. She is still flying, eating good and occasionally chirping and ( yelling). Today i saw her vomit, she bobbed her head basically pushing something up and spat out some seeds with foam. Right after that she went back to eating more food and took a nap with her head in her feathers. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 0.44 lbs

Ganga is showing typical signs of a sick bird. These are no specific signs so it’s hard to narrow down what may be wrong without an exam.
