What is this hard, discolored lump on my puppy's belly near his penis?

My puppy has this hard lump on his belly near his penis yesterday it had no color and today it looks like this I am VERY worried I do not have ANY money for him to be seen at the vet right now!!! What could this be??????? Pet's info: Dog | Toy Fox Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 21 days old

It appears to be infected at this point. It can be an abscess from a big bite. It does need to be lanced and drained and have antibiotics with sedation from your vet since it is painful. Sometimes they can rupture on their own... if you notice that you need to clean it with soap and water. You can apply a warm compress to the area to help with swelling.
