My Indian Ringneck parrot poops every 5 minutes. Is this normal?

My bird poops a lot more then a bird his type would he poops every 5 minutes and he’s a Indian ringneck parrot. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 7 months and 24 days old | 1lb

If Phoenix is defecating more than usual he may be experiencing a disturbance in the gut causing it to turnover faster. This could be for a simple reason such as eating a lot of fruit, or a mild irritation. As long as the faeces looks normal enough and he is in good spirits I wouldn't worry overly, just have a think about diet and stress levels. If you think he is unwell I would take him to a vet in case this is a more serious issue.
