My dog's nose has a big bump and small bleeding bumps. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 89 lbs

I’m not sure what happened but she was fine and when I got back home her nose had a big bump on it and there’s other little bumps that look like hey have bled maybe.

Ouch, poor Dahlilah! It could be that she injured herself while you are gone, causing this big bump and other little bumps that look like they may have bled. It could also be an allergic reaction. I would try placing a cold compress on the large bump to see if that helps with the swelling, and keep an eye on her for now. If this swelling increases, other bumps appear, her muzzle start becoming swollen, and/or she has difficulty breathing, I would take her into an ER vet right away. If there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Otherwise, have her seen by a vet on Monday if the bump is still present but hasn't gotten bigger or smaller. I hope this helps!
