How to make a nutritionally complete grain-free home diet for my dog?

Hi, I'm looking to switch my dogs to a grain free home cooked diet. I've been trying to do as much research as I can to ensure they are getting all of their nutrients but I'm a bit overwhelmed and unsure how to proceed. Is there a basic daily meal plan that I could follow and add supliments to ensure they are getting everything they need? Thank you in advance for your help! Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 50 lbs
