How to treat dog's red, pus-filled rash in armpit and thigh?

My dog has a rash in her armpit region and inner thigh they some spots appear to be red with a pus pocket in the middle. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 54 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using Pet Coach to address your concern! It appears as if Gemma may have a skin infection, especially if you are seeing pus in some of the red bumps. I would recommend the following: 1. Douxo PS chlorhexidine combination shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 2. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent 3. Malacetic conditioning spray and apply this to the affected area 2-3 times per day If there is no improvement after using the above or the skin condition becomes much worse, I would have a veterinarian examine this so that the most appropriate treatment can be recommended and further testing be performed if needed.
