Why is my 4-month-old puppy shaking and trembling all over?

My 4 month old puppy is having some sort of tremors. I woke up this morning and his head is bouncing and now his whole body is shaking. I am scared,please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 17 days old | 5 lbs

Young dogs, especially small breed dogs can have dangerously low blood glucose levels. If you have karo syrup the dab some on his tongue and get him to an emergency clinic as soon as possible. That may not be the problem, but if it is it can be fatal if not addressed. Good luck and I hope he improves quickly!
