Why is my dog's nose swollen? Could it be allergies or sinuses?

Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 11 months old

My dog has lump either side of her nose. Like a bee sting. Hasnt been stung though. Could this be siniuses or kennel cough ?

This may be an allergic reaction to something she has come in contact with or possible dental inflammation, if it persists beyond 12hours or she is uncomfortable I wold recommend you have it checked by your vet and they can prescribe medication to bring the swelling down. Kennel cough is characterised by a harsh, persistent cough and sinus issues generally present with discharge, pain, discomfort and snuffling
