Why is my dog's nose swollen? Could it be allergies or sinuses?

My dog has lump either side of her nose. Like a bee sting. Hasnt been stung though. Could this be siniuses or kennel cough ? Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 11 months old

This may be an allergic reaction to something she has come in contact with or possible dental inflammation, if it persists beyond 12hours or she is uncomfortable I wold recommend you have it checked by your vet and they can prescribe medication to bring the swelling down. Kennel cough is characterised by a harsh, persistent cough and sinus issues generally present with discharge, pain, discomfort and snuffling
