Hello good am , yesterday i gave my dog zia a dextrose powder to her mix with the water .. and after a few minutes she got a bit of appitite and she was eaten some food with little rice and she got a little bit energy. So i was so happy watching her getting better than past 3days. Today morning when i wake up and check her condition ..she's back like sick always trying to vommit without anything and her body is little bit shaking .. so what happened to her again ??

Poor Zia! I suspect that she is dehydrated and weak, then when you have her the dextrose yesterday it gave her a lift. Unfortunately the effects seen to have been temporary. I imagine that the benefit has worn off and she is too sick to get better by herself. She may have a bug in her stomach that is making her vomit, or something else such as a foreign body. I think after this period of time you will need to take her to a vet as she will likely need IV fluids and will need some medication to help her get better. If you can't take her to the vet all you can do at home is keep her warm and get her to take as much fluids as you can.
