Why is my dog weak, swaying, and sleeping after being outside?

Hi, I just got home and found that my dog stella got out and was at the park in front of my house. It seemed she was in deep sleep. I called her but she didn't get up. When I approached her and pet her she didn't make an effort to get up either. I carried her home and she got up to move to a spot to lay down on. When she walked she was swaying side to side with weak legs, her eyes are droopy, she's looks really weak/sad. She's slept for about 4-5 hours now. I pet her whole body but has no pain. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 6 months old

I would recommend bringing her to a veterinarian right away. I am unsure how long she was out but her behavior is very abnormal for her age. I am worried that she ingested something toxic or was traumatically injured. It is hard for me to discern without a physical exam but I would recommend an exam, some bloodwork and maybe even some radiographs depending.
