My dog keeps scratching his belly and has red sores on his belly he also lucks the sores and has lost hair around the sores. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 3 months old | 89 lbs

I'm so sorry that Hugo is having this problem. I would be worried that he is having a skin infection which can be quite itchy and irritating which is likely why he is licking.
