Why is my pug shih tzu mix wobbly, unsteady, anxious monthly?

My one year old pug and shitzu has anxiety and panicking. When she has this she get very unsteady,and wobbly.what can this be? It happens once a month,for no reason. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 lbs

That is very interesting. Thanks for using pet coach. It is possible when she is anxious and very excited she is having a small seizures, having decreased cardiac function or even a breathing issue like collapsing trachea. With a pug they are more prone to breathing issues due to there elongated soft palpate and small airways. I would recommend trying to video tape the episode and showing it to your vet for a better assessment. With Ruby being young I would recommend having some basic blood work done to make sure there is not issues with liver function too. I think consulting a vet would be best after an episode.
