My dog uses Trifexis. What tick medicine can I give him?

My dog gets trifexis. What tick medication can use in conjunction with that?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There are multiple options to prevent ticks that you could use in addition to Trifexis. It would depend on what type of preventative you were interested in, as an oral (nexgard, bravecto, or simparica), topical, or tick collar (seresto) would all be options for Moose. I would recommend reaching out to your veterinarian to see what they recommend for the tick population in your area so you could get him started on an appropriate option. Good luck!
