My duck swallowed something sharp, beak bleeding. Is it serious?

Hello. My duck probably swallowed something sharp, he's been trying to vomit it but in vain. I tried open his beak to help but he isn't letting me do anything. I noticed that his mouth was bleeding from inside because there was blood on the side of his beak where the upper and lower beak meet. I'm giving him lots of water to drink just to soothe any pain he might be having. Is that a serious wound? What do I have to do to help him? That's a picture of him in the morning when he was fine. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 10 months old

The wound on the side of the mouth does not appear to be serious but if you are concerned he ate something sharp, I would take him to your nearest exotic veterinarian and have x-rays taken to see if there are any concerns on the x-rays that need to be addressed.
