If she has not had any vaccinations and is already 3-1/2 months old then I would suggest this protocol: 1. CDV (canine distemper virus) -- Over 14 weeks of age and/or vaccination history unknown: a series of two vaccinations given at a 3-week interval, then booster yearly. 2. Rabies -- Vaccinate at 3 months (12 weeks) and booster yearly. I suggest you go to a vet that is used to treating ferrets to get the vaccinations done. Hope this helps.     The only vaccination she needs is distemper, unfortunately there is no ferret specific vaccination so most vets use a vaccination called DP which contains the distemper vaccination and is originally used in dogs (but it is suitable for ferrets).
