My aging dog is skittish and hitting head. Is it vision problems?

My 11 yo yellow has rather suddenly become skittish when entering or leaving a room or garage. His eyes do have a blue hat gray glow and he seems to hit his head more frequently now. What should I be looking for here? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 11 years old | 60 lbs
