Can I give my dog natural remedies with amoxicillin for infection?

Hi, I am giving my dog amoxicillin to try to fight an infection and was wondering if It is safe to also give her an all natural mixture to help fight the infection along with the amoxicillin. The mixture is manuka honey, turmeric and buffered vitamin c to go easy on the stomach. I was not sure if it would be too much to give her both the amox and the mixture treatment. There isn't any interaction between Amoxicillin and those products. My only concern is that both Amoxicillin and Vitamin C can irritate the stomach, so the combination of the two would be more likely to do so than either alone. So, if you decide to add the mixture, start with a small amount at first, then slowly increase it to the desired dose over a couple of days as long as her stools stay normal. I hope that was helpful!
