Left my dog at home for the first time without access to outside. Realized that she has a weird wound on her leg. Not sure if she was hitting on her self or if something is wrong. It’s a red circles fur is gon she has very short hair)

It looks like Ruby has an abrasion to the skin. She has likely been jumping up and rubbed the inside of her leg against something, the friction causes the injury to the skin. It is quite superficial so should heal by itself. You can clean it with salt water if you wish. A little bit of antisceptic cream can help settle such wounds.
