Can glucosamine harm my dog's liver or kidneys if they have arthritis?

My dog has been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis The medicine for Osteoarthritis contains glucosamine 500mg chondroitin 400mg and msm 400mg in one capsule. She also has kidney (stage 3) and liver problem. So will this glucosamine chondroitin and msm damage liver and kidney? Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Female | unspayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 38 lbs
