Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Male | neutered | 10 years and 1 month old | 25 lbs
I need help identifying the type of bumps I see on my dog's back. He is 10 year old King Charles Cavalier and recently I discovered a cluster of little white bumps and a singular large white bump next to the cluster. The bumps are very hard and he has recently become lethargic and ravenous. I read the chart on the website but there are too many reasons why and I can't single out a cause or whether it is serious or not.

The increased appetite and lethargy is a concern and may indicate a hormonal condition such as cushings which can often create skin signs also. A full health check plus blood or urine screen would be recommended to determine exactly what is going on and what treatment is required
