Why does my puppy have black spots on her tummy that won't wipe off?

My dog has little black spots on her tummy, looks like dirt. But they won’t wipe off. Any ideas? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 9 days old

It looks like it may the start of puppy pyoderm and hers it no severe. Usually it is something they outgrow! Sometimes it can spread and if you see small pustules that will look like zits then she will need medicine. otherwise, keep the area clean with bath once a week and just watch it.
