My senior dog limps after surgery, no cause found. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 26 lbs

13 year old - Female Springer Spaniel presents lame after tongue operation with no apparent cause - other than being lame she is in good health. She runs fine, but to go up stairs, walk or jump up or down she has lameness issues - All medications anti-inflammatants, pain relievers- glucosamine, natural treatments - homeopathic, doga, manipulation therapy, all have had no improvement-X-rays foot and wrist also no answer- not sure if she is in pain- Any ideas or suggestions –

This presentation could be due to a neurological lesion affecting nerves innervating the legs (please tell us which leg you think is affected to have more specific answers). I would recommend a neurological examination and eventually further investigations (EMG and MRI/CT might be needed).
