Dog aggressive after ear mites. Is it pain or a chemical imbalance?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 3 months old

I have a blue pitbull and he had got ear mites from the last time he went to the vet and every since he had them he has been very vicious towards other people somebody told me to could possibly be a Chemical imbalance

I am very sorry to hear that Marley is not himself since the wat mite infection. I would be concerned about a couple of causes for these changed in he attitude but not of a chemical imbalance. I believe that Marley could be in pain or could be suffering from a loss of hearing. Either would make her more sensitive and frightened. I would advise having her examined by a veterinarian to rule out either of these causes.
