Why is my Doberman puppy vomiting two weeks after ear/tail surgery?

Hi i have a doberman female her tail docking and ear cropping is done about two weeks ago but she continuesly vomiting sometime two time a day. Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Female | spayed | 2 months and 22 days old

The vomiting is very unlikely to be related to the surgeries and could perhaps be related to any post-operative medications that she is on (if that applies) or perhaps something unrelated. If she is on any medications, check with your veterinarian to see if these can be discontinued. Otherwise, have her evaluated by your veterinarian to check for any other possible causes like gastroenteritis. At the very least they can start her on anti-nausea medications.
