Hello, the indications for Cypermethrin 1% solution is that it should not be used in foals under 3 weeks old. You must dilute the concentrated solution you probably have to make it a 1% solution. There should be instructions on the bottle on how to dilute it. It typically comes as a 5% concentration. Hope this helps
