Why does my dog have bloody, puss-filled lumps and hair loss?

I noticed my dog has a spot on her by her shoulder that has 3 big lumps an she is loosing her hair around that area one popped an lots of blood an puss came out

Poor Blue! I would be concerned that she has an abscess in that area, causing the blood and pus to come out. It could also be a cyst. The best thing to do is have her seen by a vet in the morning to diagnose what is causing these lumps so she can be treated. If she does have an abscess, she will need it drained and flushed, and then antibiotics to treat the infection. I hope this helps!

It could be an infection, cyst, or possibly a hystiocytoma. The best thing would be to have a vet take a look at the lesion. Your vet can do a needle aspirate to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. He may need an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, or it may need to be removed. Hope he feels better soon!

It sounds like she could have a skin infection. You could bathe her with a medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps. She might need an oral antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or corticosteroid to treat her problem. Have your vet take a look at her to diagnose and treat her condition.

Small elevated area started out pink/red now has black crusty covered . When take off black it bleeds moderate amount . Semihard . Located behind R ear growth is very slow
This growth on Blu could be a cyst, a benign tumor, or a malignant tumor. Any suspicious growths should be examined by the vet. The vet can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on it. To do this, the vet sticks a small needle into the growth to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. I would have Blu seen by a vet tomorrow to have the growth examined and diagnosed so it can be treated as needed.

My dog has a small quarter size bump on her front paw and back paw. It’s hard no hair on it , white puss and blood. Should I worry
This sounds like an abscess or pocket of infection. She may have something in the paw that caused this or it may be from an injury. I recommend a veterinary exam and she will probably need antibiotics. They will check it to see if they can find the cause so it doesn’t happen again. I have pit bull he has a big swallow lump on the back of his neck he has dug it raw now has a big hole with puss and is bleeding
Thanks for using Boop by Petco! This could potentially be an abscess. Keep in mind that there could be an underlying growth. I would highly recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. This is usually treated with local therapy with drainage, flushing and debridement as well as systemic antibiotics. If a growth is noted, they can sample it at that time. My 9 week old female puppy showed little pin size bumps around her vaginal area during the day. The bumps are now almost pea size and are bluish red in colour, so I’m guessing blood filled. What can they be and what should I do?
This could be a sign of puppy pyoderma, trauma (is she licking the area a lot?), insect bites, or signs of a viral infection/fever, rodenticide ingestion, a congenital or acquired disorder affecting the platelet's ability to adhere to damaged blood vessels. If these blood "blisters" keep enlarging or do not go away within a few days, you will need to consult your veterinarian. The vet will perform a thorough physical examination. Lab tests will be necessary such as a complete blood count, biochemistry profile, and urinalysis and possibly a coagulation panel. There is no specific treatment for those blood filled skin lesions, however it is important to find the underlying cause, which then can be addressed. So, I suggest you monitor the skin and if the lesions enlarge, or if they do not go away within a few days or spread, you take your puppy to your veterinarian. If your puppy gets pale gums it is an emergency and your pup needs to be seen at an ER right away.

My dog keeps coming up with scabby lumps that keep pussing and then bleeding Just wondering if you know what it was and could help it
I would recommend having Tallulah examined by a vet. The wounds in the picture look like they may be infected. Her skin disease could be caused by a deep bacterial or fungal infection, autoimmune disease, allergies, parasites, etc. The vet may need to treat the infection first to be able to determine what is the cause at a later vet appointment.

My dog has a lump in between his front shoulders, there is tiny holes which blood is coming out slowly of there is no hair where this is
It sounds like Harley has some sort of infection in his skin. Abscesses, infected cysts, reactions to something stuck in his skin (like a thorn) and less likely some sort of tumor are all possible. Clean the area with soap and water and rinse it well. Then plan on making an appointment at the veterinarians office to have it evaluated. Make sure he cannot lick or scratch that area as this will cause further damage. The doctor will likely put him on an antibiotic and send you home with an appointment or special shampoo. Hope this helps.

This morning I noticed a small pimple at my dog's genitals. By the afternoon this became much bigger and was filled with puss and blood. Is it something serious or just a skin irritation/allergy?
It sounds like this pimple is infected if it's filled with pus and blood, and Aris should see a vet for it. Do not pop it yourself, as you will introduce more infection into it. The vet can drain it sterilely and can give him antibiotics to treat the infection.

hi so my 3 year old pug Chihuahua mix has a lump on her right butt bone area she had parco before h dont know if that could have anything to do with it . but she already had it opened and we drained some of the fluid and it was like a brownish color
It sounds like this could be an abscess, but if there is brownish fluid and the lump was located right near her anus, I would be concerned that Chata had an impacted anal sac and that was opened. I would take her into the vet immediately. This area needs to be flushed and cleaned sterilely, and she will likely need antibiotics to prevent infection. Please take Chata into a vet now.
