My puppy bites at her fur constantly. It used to just be her paws because of allergies when she was little now she chases her tail and bites on her tail and her back fur all the time. It only seems to be these spots and her paws. She does have separation anxiety but I'm home 90% of the time and give her loads of attention so i don't think she's stressed. We bathe her once a month but I want to change her shampoo because we've been using human johnsons baby shampoo. No fleas or worms. allergies?

I would certainly be suspicious that Snowball has allergies, as biting at the paws is a typical sign of allergies. It does sound like she is miserable if she is biting at her fur constantly, and I think the best thing to do is have her seen by a vet in the morning. If she does have allergies, the vet can diagnose this and can prescribe medication to give her relief. You can try giving her an oatmeal bath tonight to see if that helps give her temporary relief from her symptoms. I hope this helps!
