My dog has bumps like hives after a flea bath. Should I worry?

My dog got a bath with dawn dish soap to helo get rid of fleas. After her bath she got bumos all over her body. They are a lot kore prominent on the other side of her body but its hard to get a good picture. Almost like hives in my opinion. Should i be worried does she need to be checked? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 16 days old | 50 lbs

It looks like Athenia may have hives. They are probably unrelated to her bath. I would recommend that she get checked out by a vet, though, as she likely needs some antihistamines and steroids to help her feel better and to help them go away quicker.
