No it will not work. Your veterinarian can help you decide if your dog is pregnant. The gestation period for dogs is 63 days. If Karma is bred she should be gaining weight, have a bigger stomach and may start getting larger nipples. An ultrasound can be done to see if there are puppies also.     Unfortunately human tests are inaccurate. The earliest you can detect and confirm pregnancy is at about 20- 25days with an ultrasound of the abdomen.
